Need prayers RIGHT NOW
Adam just called and he is on the way to the Dr. McLeod's office to have a nerve block procedure performed. The procedure is intended to give him additional relief.
He asked that everyone pray for him, his family, the doctors, the nurses and yes even his brother Jim. He told me that he can feel the prayers and it definately affects his day. Adam asked me to relay to everyone that he loves all of you very much and appreciates all the calls letters and visits. Please keep them coming.
This is the prayer that I need all of you to pray,
"Lord Jesus Christ, Good Shepherd of the sheep, you gather the lambs in your arms and carry them in your bosom: We commend to your loving care your child and servant Adam. Relieve his pain, guard him from all danger, restore to him your gifts of gladness and strength, and raise him up to a life of service to you. Hear us, we pray, for your dear Name's sake. Amen."

Hi Adam and Family!
Thank you for the update and I am hoping that the nerve block went well.My wish and prayer is that Adam is getting much-needed relief from the procedure.I pray for strength to endure this fight for Adam,his parents and brother, and his beautiful children. Finally, I ask for Gods Grace to get through today. I heard a song yesterday and I thought of you. It was Tim Mcgraw's "Live Like You Were Dying". It was beautiful in a way that I cannot even descibe.As I drove down I-65, I sang as loud as I could for you, my late Father and my friend Tammy who died a few months before Dad. With all sorts of raw emotion spewing from my mouth, I was reminded that while I may not like a particular hand that life deals me..... I can and will get through it by Gods grace. I want you to know that it has been a pleasure being your buddy and I am proud to say that we are friends. I don't know how all of this is going to play out but I didn't want another day to go by without saying that. Peace to you Adam, Lori Jack
