Strong, Firm, Reliable
I found this on the web earlier and didn't quite know what to do with it. It is The TROWBRIDGE Family Crest. Sit pons Firmus to the best of my understanding is STRONG, FIRM, RELIABLE Bridge. I can't say enough here. This family is unbelievable. I can only hope to be compared to the Trowbridge Clan. Lets not stop praying. We need to be STRONG, FIRM and RELIABLE for the Trowbridges.

Saw Adam out and about a couple of weeks ago...Sunday dinner at the CCJ. Hope he got plenty of the CCJ Fried Chicken, because he was bitchin' about losing weight. I told him not to worry, I had found every pound he lost and then some and was keeping it safe for him until he wanted it back.

Dear Adam,
Just a note to say that I am thinking of you. I have lots of new time to pray for you as I just switched jobs and added a few miles (25) to my commute. I'm finding out quickly just how many people are stuffed onto Long Island and how acutely impatient Yankees can be in traffic. They honk.. I smile and wave- most people use other hand signals! It sure is fun living in a strange land!! Take care.
